退換貨服務方式

商品退換貨

  • CHICIST以提供良好的商品及服務品質為最大目標。我們希望顧客們都能滿意我們的商品,倘若您於購買後發現有任何不適宜之處,我們提供您商品退貨或換貨服務。
  • 訂製商品無法提供退換貨
  • 在您決定退貨或換貨時,必須先至contactchicist@gmail.com告知您的訂單號碼以及退貨或換貨商品明細。
    • 在此需聲明退換貨所必須注意的是:退貨商品必須有15天內訂單收據(台灣地區為7天內訂單收據) ,超過15天(台灣地區為7天)我們將不接受退貨或換貨服務。退貨或換貨的商品必須是裝在原始的包裝盒或包裝袋內,並附有商品保證書。
    • 退貨商品我們將於程序確認後,將原始訂購金額於30天內退回您所付款帳戶。
    • 換貨商品,是指退換同商品之不同顏色或尺寸,我們將於程序確認後,退換您所需要的商品。CHICIST無法保證,在您換貨時一定有您所需的顏色或尺寸,如有以上狀況,我們將以延遲寄達或退費方式處理。
    • 所有退貨及換貨商品的運費將由買家負擔。換貨商品一旦由CHICIST.COM寄出後,無法再更改換貨商品。
  • 如果您確認要退貨或換貨CHICIST.COM的商品,請依照下列6步驟進行:
    1. 先至contactchicist@gmail.com告知您的訂單號碼以及退換貨商品明細。
    2. 影印您的原始訂單(ORIGINAL INVOICE)。(台灣地區需加附發票) 。
    3. 將退貨或換貨商品貨號貼紙撕下,並貼在﹝商品退換貨單﹞上。
    4. 仔細填寫商品退換貨單上的明細:選擇退貨或換貨?換貨商品的顏色或尺寸?退換貨原因?收寄件人的地址、姓名、網路信箱及聯絡電話。
    5. 將所要退換貨的商品(附原始包裝及保證書)裝箱,並附上訂單影印本(台灣地區需加附發票)以及商品退換貨單。
    6. 將上述5.內容安全包裝好後、在包裝盒外貼上〔退貨地址單〕後寄出。
  • CHICIST.COM建議您在退貨或換貨時,選擇有信用保證的貨運公司,例如郵政掛號或順豐速運或DNL、Federal Express、 UPS等,將使您的物件運送更為安全與便捷。在此需聲明CHICIST.COM不負責退換貨商品在運輸途中所遭受遺失或被偷竊的狀況。CHICIST.COM亦不接受退、換貨商品為貨到付款的物件。對於任何問題,歡迎與我們的客戶服務聯絡contactchicist@gmail.com.

Return & Exchanges

  • CHICIST regard it as our main responsibility to provide excellent goods and service quality. We hope all the clients can feel satisfied with their shopping. If there is any impropriety occurring after your purchase, we will provide refund or exchange services.
  • Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • When you decide to request refund or exchange, please advise us the order number and details of goods by sending emails to info@chicist.com.
  • Please kindly note that the returned goods should be together with the order receipt (within 15 days for worldwide orders and 7 days for domestic orders). 
    • Any application with the order receipt over 15 days (7 days for domestic orders) will unfortunately not be accepted. Please make sure the goods returned or exchanged to be placed in the original box or package with the
    • product warranty.
    • In respect of refund application, we will credit the amount back to your account within 30 days after the procedures are confirmed.
    • In respect of exchange application, it refers to the exchange of the same product but in different color or size. We will exchange the items for you after procedures are confirmed. Please kindly note that CHICIST cannot guarantee the sufficiency of items in your desired color or size. If there is no stock temporarily, we will obtain your agreement beforehand to refund or delay the shipping. The shipping fees for all applications will need to be paid by clients. For exchange applications, once the replacement is sent out by CHICIST.COM it can not be exchanged again.
  • If you decide to return or exchange goods of CHICIST.COM, please kindly follow the below six procedures:
    1. Please advise us the order number and goods details at info@chicist.com.
    2. Copy the original order receipt. (for domestic orders: the original invoice)
    3. Please tear off labels of returned goods and pasted on the application form.
    4. Fill in the details: refund or exchange, preferred color or size of the exchanged item, reasons, clients’ details.
    5. Please repack the returned goods enclosed with the original package, warranty, copy of order receipt (invoice) and the application form.
    6. Please paste the return form on the box and send it back.

  • CHICIST.COM would like to suggest you to choose trustful messenger companies when returning goods, such as FedEx, DHL, UPS or Usps Priority Insured or S.F. EXPRESS. This will be safer and more convenient. Please kindly note that CHICIST.COM will not be responsible for any lost or theft occurring during the transport of returning, as well as not to accept mails on COD (cash on delivery). For any inquiry, please don’t hesitate to contact our Client Service channel at contactchicist@gmail.com.
