About Countries and Shipping Fee

  • We accept online orders and can make delivery worldwide.

About Domestic Shipping in Taiwan

  • The shipping cost for domestic orders will be free of charge. That means customers will only pay for the products and no more additional expense occurs.
  • We will confirm your order within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends) and complete the packing. In the following 3-5 days, the goods will arrive by registered mail of Taiwan Post.
  • Customized and modified products will be shipped within 10-14 days after the order is confirmed, excluding holidays.
  • Special order delivery time is negotiable.

About Shipping to China, Hong Kong and Macao

  • The shipping fee is now waived for any delivery to Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macao. That is, customers will only pay for the products, and no further additional expense.
  • We will confirm your order within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends) and complete the packing. In the following 3-10 days, the goods will arrive by S.F. EXPRESS.

About International Shipping

  • After you purchase CHICIST’s quality goods, we will confirm your purchase order and complete the packing within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends). In the following 7-21days, your goods will arrive by Chunghwa express parcel delivery. Please kindly note that Chicist.com cannot guarantee sufficiency of your desired goods at any time. If you have given the order but the item is just sold out, we will explain such situation to you via email and obtain your agreement beforehand to refund or delay the shipping.   • We will confirm your order before 14:00 PM each day (Taipei Time: GMT + 08:00), and dispatch the goods within 48 hours.
